Items returned within 14 days

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If up to 14 days, you wish to return your purchase, you can do so and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the items, but the original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Sharks Swim Shop, will still be payable by the customer.
** When trying on items, if you find that the item is the wrong size, please be aware that if there are any marks on the item (from deodorants/creams/make-up etc.) or have been worn we may be unable to refund as the item is no longer in its original condition.  All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in place in the original unused condition. Costumes, Goggles or Swimming Accessories that have been worn or used in a pool cannot be returned for exchange or refund. It is the consumer’s responsibility to decide the suitability and fit of all items before using the item in a pool and making the item unsellable if returned!

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage in transit; such items damaged in transit will be returned to the customer and not exchanged or refunded.
Please email within 14 days with your order number and which items you wish to return, to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return item(s).
Please enclose a note stating the order number and the reason for your return.
The return postage cost is payable by the customer.
If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Please email with your order number and which items you wish to return, to obtain a returns number and a pre-paid Royal Mail Returns Label which needs to be printed out and affixed to the outside of your parcel before sending back via the Post Office. For items over 2kg please contact us on the above email address to arrange a courier collection.
