Hydration Drinks
It’s vital for all athletes to keep themselves hydrated whilst training, competing or simply working out. Water is usually sufficient for shorter sessions, but for exercise lasting more than 60 minutes, a sports drink is recommended. As the body’s primary source of fuel during prolonged and high intensity exercise, depletion of muscle carbohydrate is one of the primary causes of fatigue, and can severely limit your ability to perform on longer rides.
