A tri-suit is a must for a triathlete as it can be worn throughout the entire race. Tri-suits come in a variety of styles including one-piece or two-piece suits, according to personal choice. The primary suit material is thin and breathable; tops tend to be sleeveless and the shorts similar to cycling shorts with jammer length legs. Importantly, the pad in tri-suits or tri-shorts is also very lightweight. This helps to make the suit more comfortable for swimming and then the thin pad dries out quickly on the bike ride.
